A mod that gives you power for every some skull you hold!

Permissions and credits
I thought it would be pretty cool if you could collect skulls and get stronger for each skull you carry on you, so I made this mod. In this mod, you get a power for every some skulls you collect. So far it's going like this:

1 Skull = Lesser Call Raging Spirits (sends out a projectile that does 25 dmg)
10 Skulls= Call Raging Spirits (sends out 3 projectiles that do 30 dmg each)
20 Skulls= Call Angry Spirits (Sends out 3 projectiles that do 35 dmg each, set your foe on fire for 3 secs, and paralyze for 3 secs)
50 Skulls= Spite of Spirits (Sends out a damaging force that deals 100 damage, paralyze your enemy for 3 secs, set fire to your foe for 3 secs, and disarm them)

V1.5
Added powers for troll skulls:
1 skull= Lesser Spirit Troll Charge (Slows time just a little)
10 skulls= Troll Rush (Slows time a little bit more and increases your attack speed)
20 skulls=Wild Troll Rush (Slows time even more , increases your attack speed, and fortifies your stamina regen)
50 skulls= Demonic Troll Rush ( Slows time alot, greatly increases your attack speed, fortifies your stamina regen, and gives you 30 % magic resist)

V2.0 alpha
Added a skull that when picked up increases your skills similar to the oghma infinium
Added a one-handed hammer that works properly
Added a mace that give the player a spell when equipped, and removes it when unequipped
Made several ingredients that coinside with the dungeon in progress' theme.
The items and set-up of one of the rooms for first dungeon has been added, although needs actors and events still. This can be accessed through the command COC 0dungeonOne

-Made some changes to scripts to fix people who were able to get all powers at once.
-Added the spell Dinok Ah ("Death Hunter") when the player gets 200 humanoid skulls, which causes a slow in time, a storm that strikes your foes, increases your health regen, and creates a circle that wards off undead,
-Added damage reduction for the number skulls you carry:
1 skull= 5dmg reduction
10 skulls= 7.5 dmg reduction
20 skulls= 10 dmg reduction
50 skulls = 25 dmg reduction
200 = 100dmg reduction

Large update on the Dungeon for the first special Skull!
If you visit it using COC 0dungeonone, you will see what I mean.
Added Various Npcs, and parts of the dungeon. However, It still needs some more events and dialogue before I can consider it done. Also, the final touch of adding an etrance from the skyrim world needs to be added. So, this was more of an internal update and won't affect the mod unless you use the coc command.

-finished off first dungeon, which includes:
~Adding a way to get to the dungeon from map
~Added various npcs to make storyline
~added a slight retex to a bow (nothing special, just added a greener hue to a unique weapon)
~added the quest "Rage of Spirits"
~added Ygfa's Camp
There basically 3 ways to complete the dungeon to get the unique skull within:
1.Lockpick your way in.
2.Do a favor for one of the npc's.
3. Kill a guard.

-small update: Fixed a bug where a key Npc wouldn't spawn.
