Fixes the lighting for Chandeliers in Whiterun.
The lightsource was originally beneith the lights which casted the shadow in the wrong directions. I readjusted all of the light sources for a more realistic feel. I don't know about anyone else, but seeing the Chandelier shadow on the ceiling really bugged me for quite a while.
Very small and doesn't change much except the location of the light source.
Fixed 14 Chandeliers in the following locations:
WhiterunWarmaidens

HonningbrewMeadery01
WhiterunJorrvaskr
WhiterunGuardsHouse
WhiterunJorrvaskrBasement
WhiterunHalloftheDead
