This mod adds a new shop to Riverwood with a custom merchant that sells custom made items such as Summoning Rings I will Be Constantly uploading more and more items to his shop.

The Store Is Now Custom Build. It Also Contains A New Merchant, The Wife Of The Original That Is A Fence. The Location Has Moved Slightly To The Area Across The Lake Of Riverwood (currently still waiting on bigger city suggestions)
**** INSTALLATION******
Unzip Folder Content of the folder to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim\Data
