Prolong your rise to glory with the new-and-improved Lover\'s Stone!

Description

Have you ever crept through a dangerous crypt, only to discover that your sneaking had inadvertently made you more powerful than any of the monsters within? Has a relaxing day of mixing potions and forging armor suddenly made you the greatest warrior in the city?
Well then, this mod may be for you! In an effort to prolong the joy of wearing my shoddy iron armor and bashing the heads of simple bandits and drauger, I've remade the Lover Stone as a glorious monument to the feeble and world-weary Dovakiin who dot Skyrim's landscape.
Upon installing this plugin, peasants and heros will be delighted to find that their Lover's blessing has become a curse, drastically reducing the rate of skill growth!

Oh, and future plans; I hope to eventually expand this tweak to penalize gold rewards... 'cause when you need more of a challenge, you might as well have every possible disadvantage!
