TO INSTALL: Just drop the file into your saves folder. This should be located at C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves.
TO CHANGE HER NAME: Hit the tilde (`) to bring up the console, type showracemenu and then press enter. Close the console with the tilde again to edit.
MODS: Because I use many mods so not sure which do the desired effect. Here's a little list. I suggest first to test the Save File with your mods and decide then to add some of them.
