Adds a secret smithing room to Hjerim as well as various other tweaks to hopefully improve the house. No new loading screens.

This also removes any blood stains from 'blood on the ice' quest for anyone who didn't manage to get them removed after buying the house.

Leaving the house and coming back in again should fix any bugs/out of place objects.

I've never used any other house mods as they all seem to have loading screens betweens rooms which I found really annoying, so this just gives a small extension to Hjerim and gives it some much needed extra equipment storage. My first mod, just playing around with the creation kit. I can't guarantee I can fix them but I'll give them a look.

I wasn't sure about the secret smithing room since it takes away from the realism so if enough people ask I'll make a version without the secret room.

I recommend removing any valuables from the chest at the foot of your bed before installing this mod, as it has been replaced with a new model.

Complete list of changes:

-Added a second secret room, similair to the alchemy/enchanting room, for smithing. It is behind the wardrobe right next to the enchanting/alchemy room and contains a forge, smelter, grindstone, workbench, tanning rack, a chest and a couple of weapon racks.

-Removes bloodstains and clutter from 'blood on the ice' quest.

-Adds two satchels in the alchemy room for storage of materials.

-Added a shield rack, a weapon rack, two extra mannequins and two display cases to the upstairs armoury.

-Improved the lighting in the alchemy room and in the upstairs armoury so the house doesn't look like a cave.

-Adds two sacks to the kitchen for cooking materials.

-Replaced the dull chest at the foot of your bed with a nicer looking noble chest. Because of this I recommend removing any items from the original chest at the foot of your bed before installing this mod.

-Deleted the broom and the clothing iron from your room that would automatically fall over upon entering Hjerim. Also removed the random rope behind your bed.

-Replaced some odd looking urns near the entrance with a nicer looking bench.

-Various clutter changes such as nicer rugs, furniture, etc.
