Attention: If you install this mod after you finished the Blood on the Ice quest, it will do nothing.
Did you ever want to become a thane of Windhelm without joining the Stormcloaks or the Imperials? If so, then this is the mod for you. This mod enables you to become a thane of Windhelm without joining either of those factions. All you have to do is finish the "Blood on the Ice" quest. After that, speak to Ulfric, and he should offer you to become a thane.
