Adds a spooky tower player home on Northwind Summit, northwest of Shor\'s Stone

This mod adds a tower type home on Northwind Summit, northwest of Shor's Stone. It's a perfect place for any evil character or vampire. The tower was previously owned by an evil warlock, but he was killed by a dragon.
The house includes:
-Library with 2 working bookshelves
-Cemetery Garden
-Full smithing workshop (smelter, forge, grindstone, workbench)
-Cooking spit
-Alchemy workbench
-Enchanting workbench
-18 mannequins
-8 weapon racks
-6 dagger display cases
-3 large display cases
-A throne room
-Coffins you can sleep in
-2 followers (a Dremora & a Werewolf)
-A ghost horse
-Storage
-Shrine to Dibella
-Teleports that go from the lower floor to the upper floor or vice versa (look for a wardrobe with a red rug under it)
