Hate once-a-day racial powers? Worried you'll need them later, so you never bother using them?
Here is a solution. Meditate for 10 seconds to call forth your racial power, as many times per day you wish.

This is a simple mod which takes the default vanilla racial once-a-day Powers and turns them into
Lesser Powers, equips them via both hands, and has a charging time of 10 seconds.

I felt 10 seconds was a good amount of time to provide balance. You'll need to strategize and use them
before combat and challenging situations, and you won't be able to spam them during battle.

While charging you will see your character's hands/arms moving in fluid motions, which look like
meditation or focusing. When your hands/arms stop moving, you'll be ready to cast the effect.

Night Eye is not altered.

Options

So far there are two variations.
One only changes the default powers into Lesser Powers with the 10 second cast time,
the other uses SushiSquid's mod Thats Racist ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18911 )
as a base, and changes those altered powers into Lesser Powers with the 10 second cast time.

I also highly recommend looking at SushiSquid's other mods as well, they're all excellent. :)

Now there are also (less balanced in my opinion) 5 seconds cast time options.

Compatibility
=========================
This mod will conflict with any mod altering the racial powers, except for any mods altering Night eye.

So it will work fine with my other mod, Adaptive Night Eye :)
