A small doorway will lead you to this Family Estate.
Comes with 3 Unique Heroes:
- Jonathan Lancastle (Ranger)
- Sarah Lancastle (Battlemage/Cleric)
- Hailie Lancastle (2H Warrior)
Estate Features:
- Ebony Mine (has workers and ore to mine yourself)
- Throne Room (has all Guardian Stones and Mannequins working and re skinned)
- Living Quarters (has rooms for the heroes, player, and servants)
- Haven (Tavern with a bard and a merchant that sells armor, weapons, crafting supplies and buys anything a crafting room with all equipment)
- Lore Friendly
- Has a jail and a crime system

Requirements:
- ApachiiSkyHair V1.3 Fixed ( Here )
*Note* I have tried using V1.4 but it makes them have no hair and since they took off the needing Update.esm I am unable to convert mine to 1.4 :(
I use Calientes Female Body Mod Big Bottom Edition -CBBE- ( Here )
However not sure if this will have issues with the mod or not.
Change Log:
1.0 - Initial Release.
1.1 - Added a starting quest, Quest to Join the Lancastle's. And a *Special Guest =) Also Removed Map Location picture Theres a quest now =)

This is my first Mod Apart from the Companions that are in this mod. So this little side project has got me working on it almost full time so the more responses I get the more will be added and/or updated.
If you think of anything you would like to add or would be awesome if added let me know I will consider applying it.
Also, please provide feedback if possible negative or good. I really would like to know what you guys/gals like and don't like and any problems found.

Dan Bull Replaces the Bard in Lancastle Haven. With permission he will perform his "Skyrim Epic Rap" Note: He will perform as on a stage so once activating either go have a seat and enjoy or step back and enjoy.
