I have resized the file and added new textures to the shield to make it look nicer.
Simply extract the "iron" folder into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\Textures\armor folder. If you do not have the "armor" folder just create one.
Feel free to use it as a template and edit it if you want, just don't forget to give me credit :)
