Alters the Oghma Infinium so that it does even more of a boost.
Normaly when you complete the quest Discerning the Transmundane, you get the book and read it and it gives you a option:
Magic, Might, Or Stealth
You make your choice and all skill in that choice are risen 5 levels. With all the perks that come with haveing done it the old fashion way. That is to say that the gain is the same as haveing went and trained the normal way.
Know when you complete the quest Discerning the Transmundane, You still get the book and read it and it gives you the same option:
Magic, Might, or Stealth
You make you choice as normal but this is were the change is. Instead of 5 you gain 100 in the chosen group.
Needless to say its quit a bit of a gain.

extract copy and paste to Skyrim/Data
