Removes everything from the loading screen. It's completely black and gives you no information about the game whatsoever.
Please leave a comment if you experience any bugs while loading a game. I loaded many different saves and didn't have any problems with it. I completely stripped the loading screen file of everything but background color so I wouldn't be surprised if a problem turned up, but I didn't have any.

Put the file in your skyrim data\interface folder
If you have the steam version of the game, you can find the Skyrim interface folder here: Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data
the steam folder is probably in your MainDrive:\program files\ folder
the directory should then read Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data\interface
within that folder should be:
loadingmenu.swf
>> Uninstallation
Remove the following files:
Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data\interface\loading.swf
