The Skuldafn Elder Mage Armor can be found to solve the riddle which can be found at the Sleeping Giant Int on a bookshelve behind the table in the Secret Room of Delphine. It is not craftable so be gentle with the armor. I will give a hint here: It won't be a Conjure from the hand.
