7/9/12 Revision Notes:
Version 1a - Red Eagle now has a new ability to summon a fire storm in exterior locations to assist him in combat.

Version 2a - Same as version 1a except this does not have the 24 hour recast timer.

Version 1 - Red Eagle can be summoned every 24 ingame hours.

Version 2 - Red Eagle can be summoned at any time.

I made this summon for the player to have a Forsworn themed summon because there doesn't seem to be much other interaction in the game with this faction.

The Red Eagle's Tome can be found in Rebel's Cairn. Begin the quest Legend of the Red Eagle to find this location.

Faolan is equipped with the following:

1. Red Eagle's Vehemence Great Sword - A great sword that knocks his opponents on the floor and then ignites them on fire. The sword is very deady against Nords and Imperials. The blade also unleashes a wall of flames that can disintegrate his victims.
2. Flame Arrows - When opponents are out of Faolan's reach, he will use his bow and fire explosive arrows.
3: Vehemence Cloak - Red Eagle unleashes a flame cloak that ignites his foes on contact. Cloak also protects Faolan from flames, but is really weak against frost magic.
4: Vehemence Charge - While charging at his foes, Red Eagle is engulfed in pure flames that he unleashes on his foes during a running strike.
5: Increased stats in health and stamina.
6: Custom combat skill that rushes his foes and focuses on melee. Faolan will use bow only when he cannot reach his foes with his sword.
7: Red Eagle's Explosive Strikes - Red Eagle's strikes have a chance of creating an explosion that damages surrounding foes.
8: Red Eagle's Storm - (Updated ability) Red Eagle's fury unleashes a firestorm from the skies to punish his enemies in an open field battle.

Notes: Faolan is best used in the open field. In an enclosed location, his flames can cause a flame wall that can impede progress for a few seconds (unless the player is willing to take damage moving through the flames). Faolan is great at crowd control and can damage multiple foes at the same time. Red Eagle is best against melee oriented opponents.
