You'll probably need to purchase Dining Room Decorations house improvements for it to appear.
Install: unpack and place BreezehomeGrindStone.esp into your ..\skyrim\Data folder. activate in the launcher.
uninstall remove BreezehomeGrindStone.esp from your Data folder
