I upload this mod to have a means to deliver it to the community for bug testing. It is usable as is and should not cause and great problems, however, there are some bugs with interaction with other mods. The mod adds some new spells, nothing fancy, but my take on the carry more weight spells, push and stagger spells and protection from elements spells.
