This is probably the first perk that actually gets more powerful as you increase your Conjuration skill!
This perk will increase the number of conjured creatures you can have out by 1/10 of your Conjuration skill rounded up. So if you get this perk at level 3 with 30 in Conjuration, you can summon 3 creatures. If you increase your skill to 48, then you can now have 5 summoned creatures, and so on and so forth.
Get this perk early to be a powerful summoner!
