This mod REQUIRES dragten's Bandolier - Bags and Pouches mod and will not work without it (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=16438).

This file works best in conjunction with a mod which decreases initial player encumbrance, such as Lore-Friendly Starting Stats & Encumbrance (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=16901) or Realistic Carry Weight (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=17140).
It also works best in conjunction with Bandoliers for NPCs (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=17805)
as this file also decreases the value of the bags & pouches.
Details:
If you use a mod which decreases your initial encumbrance levels, the bags added by Bandolier feel overpowered.
Fortify carry weight amended as follows:
I also decreased the values of the bags and pouches, as many people also now use Bandoliers for NPCs - which make the bags so common that it becomes too easy to get rich quickly. Values are decreased drastically to between 5 and 15 gold per bag/pouch.
The bags should allow you to carry more because they give you more space, not because of an arbitrary magical enchantment (the mechanic by which the mod manages to fortify your carry weight). You can now no longer disenchant the bags & pouches
Installation: Install the original Bandolier mod first from http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=16438, and simply replace the esp file with my edited version.
This mod was created originally by dragten and edited by jackstarr, and is released with permission of dragten.

I'm open to suggestions for additional versions if you would like a variant that decreases fortification or values by less (or more) amounts - just let me know and I'll consider making an optional variant.
