Skyrim's default version of the Necromancer's Amulet is pretty underwhelming, so I buffed it as per lore descriptions from past games. While it is intended for higher-level or otherwise difficult gameplay, it shouldn't be overpowered - just a very good Mage item, as it should be.
New effects are as follows:

+75 Magicka Conjuration spells cost 25% less to cast Health regens 25% faster Magicka regens 35% faster
