A mod that adds Alteration armor spells that affect a target.

A mod that lets you cast the Alteration spells on a target, rather than just yourself. Useful for people who use mods for more followers and do things like heal their followers and cast illusion spells like Call to Arms and Courage.
I recently started a new save as a healer, whose role is to heal my multiple followers and not attack anyone myself. I thought that casting armor spells on targets would be really useful (Faendal kept dying), so I looked around and found nothing. I then made this mod, which does exactly that.
This mod adds new spells to the game that have the same effect as the pre-existing ones, only to other actors.
It adds:
Oakflesh On Target
Stoneflesh On Target
Ironflesh On Target
Ebonyflesh On Target
Dragonhide On Target
and their respective spell tomes to vendors in the same way as the original armor spell tomes.
These spells CAN be cast on chickens.
And everything else.
