    This is incredible! I've just hunted for the past two hours trying to find this exact mod. But I just kept getting the same NO RESPAWN EVER, over and over. I wanted to make a place my players home, but I couldn't do that with everything respawning. This adds so much possibility through a roleplay aspect. Thank you a hundred times over. xD

    So if you put it in an outside location like a bandit camp or whatever, that will prevent the whole area (that is considered 'cleared' on the map) from respawning?

    If so, Valtheim towers could finally be mine...

    Does it work outside or just for interior cells? If so, what's the radius? This seems like it could be useful with the tundra defense mod, to take over an existing location to set up your outpost, without having to worry about enemies respawning attacking your guys from inside the walls.

    Though even if it just worked inside, it's still a great mod, and I haven't seen any others like it

    Cool! This could help a lot with new character that don't have cash for a house, too. I'll report back after giving it a good test.

    Grimoa, it should. What it does is prevent cell resets and, to my understanding, that is what resets inventories of containers.

    I've always wanted to take over Robber's Gorge and turn it into some sort of base camp. Banner totems with different faction symbols as markers might be quite appropriate, as well.

    sounds like a good idea. But if I might make a suggestion it would be to make the in game object something smaller and more generic. Like a candle.

    By all means, let me know how it works out for you. I came up with this as a way to essentially take over any area to go with a pair of mods that I am working on and I thought it would be nice to release this to the public.
