YES this breaks the DB quest start but since you need to do it to even enter.....why you apply it before you can even use it is beyond me XD

I turned the Abandoned House into the perfect insane horor retreat for the Dragonborn!
Added Spike2, watch tower, dock, catapault, forge, smelter, anda hidden torture room for the Dragonborn to get his less then legit stuff done XD
Added Realistic lighting as well
