For awhile now I've been longing for more life on the road.
BUT I wanted it to be authentic. I changed it while playing around with the CK.
I put it here for you all, if you're interested. Just a simple trick really...
I've included different settings for many tastes, from 10% to 100%.
If someone has already posted the same mod, notify me, as i haven't seen it, and I'll erase mine.
Edit: Here is what the mod does :
it increases mage duels, giants on the roads, skeletons, farmers going to Windhelm or Solitude,
Maïk the liar, patrols, assassins, AND dragon attacks along the other random events.
I don't know how to go around the dragon attacks for now. I'm very new to the Creation Kit.
But I can tell you the feel of the events is genuine. And all the files have the same effect.
Tough a 10% increase is subtler than a 40% obviously.
Check this mod (SKREEE) that does the trick for random dragon spawns :
