Please download this test version and roam about on the property and wander with-in the rooms of my Private Lake Home. Located near Brittleshin Pass (lake entrance) visible from the Lady Stone. Has it's own map marker, but no map icon. There are many details I've put into this mod, some for pure fun, such as a bathtub for kicks and waterfalls. Aside from that ALL chest are labelled and properly working and are safe to store things in. Every crafting device is found on the property as well. I've tried to make this is a beautiful home with efficient and convenient work spaces. All shrines included. Companion will enter the home. This file is a working test version and before I continue with mannequins and display cases I have questions that need answering that I've had trouble finding answers to.

If someone is willing to help with nav-meshing or giving me a step-by-step guide I'd be insanely grateful. I don't tend to ask for help, because I'm a do-it-yourself guy, but I just couldn't figure out how to create the mesh correctly even after reading...yadayada. Furthermore, my file in CK is at 95%, does this mean if I reach the threshold (100%) the file will become too much for the game or my computer? What's this referring to?

Final issue of concern for the CK file is I've noticed in the Cell Window an * next to names... When I auto-generated a nav-mesh for my interior and finalized it later on, I clicked on finalize "all meshes" or something with "all" in it and that created asterisks next to all the interior cells. This has slowed down my save file dramatically on saving and loading the file, however no difference in-game. My concern is, I don't know what this did or what it has done in-game to cells I wanted to make no changes to. Can anyone tell me if I should be concerned about this? And if it is an issue, how can I isolate my cell and transplant it into a new file or what would be the best course of action?

Small issues: with the bathtub, I've placed markers for sitting and laying-slant in the tub, however I'm encountering trouble with finding information on how to make the markers work in-game, I'd think they require triggers but I have no clue which ones to use.

Mannequins question: is it ok for Xmarkers to overlap? If you look at the file you'll see what I'm trying to do with the 7 mannequins placed in a circle, why 7? Because the 8th can't face north.

Map marker and enemy dot help: you can fast travel to this location however the is no map marker, this is probably a simple thing, but alas I've failed to figure it out. Also in-game the map-marker appears as a enemy dot in the navigation bar. Why???

Please give me any advice/information/feedback! I'm an ambitious novice and this is my first mod. :D
