What this spell does is shoots out the unrelenting force effect which sends your opponents flying It also freezes them into a cube while in mid air which also contains a lightning/shock effect that kills instantly this is a very cool spell if view this file try it because you will be amazed with the way it works. This spell can be found in dragons reach when you first walk in cant miss it or if for some reason it doesn't appear were its supposed to be placed go to the wizard in dragons reach the spell can as well be bought from him.
