Two plugins that i created and used in Skyrim for some time, one Is Farmhouse in Winterhold the other Farmhouse near Serpent\'s Bluff Redoubt. I have tested them and decided to share them with the community. Both houses are navmeshed, give you well rested perk, Unique items, NPCs Guarding them (recommended level 14).

-Place Home09.esp Meshes And Textures
into your Skyrim Data folder
-or use NMM
Uninstallation:
-Remove Home09.esp Meshes And Textures
from your Skyrim Data folder
-Manually
-Use Skyrim launcher
-or NMM
Bugs/Issues
-No bugs or errors so far

I will not be updating this plugin except
there are some requests.

-or use NMM
Uninstallation
-Remove WinterHaus.esp from your Skyrim Data folder
-Manually
-Use Skyrim launcher
-or NMM
Bugs/Issues
-Followers may block your way out of the laboratory;
in that case make sure u have your unrelenting force
favored :D
-No other bugs or errors so far

--SABRE ROCK-->
This Plugin adds player owned home near Serpent's Bluff Redoubt
made after Merryfair Farm from the rift. Contains all crafting
tables, smelter, display room, garden, Alchemy Shop... there are
also some notes and one journal; a bit of the back story.
Watch out because the house is surrounded by sabre cats :D

This Plugin adds Player owned farmhouse in winterhold; originally
created for myself whilst playing as mage. It's a small home containing
as usual all crafting tables except The Smelter. see screenshots for
more info on the design.
This Plugin also allows u to craft enchantable:
-Bear armor
-Savior's Hide
-College Robes
-Mage Robes
-Mage Hoods
-Jester's Outfit
-Psijic Robes
-Weeding Dress
-Sheogorath Outfit (only Male)
