All of the weapons have modified damage sword 45 damage 40 damage on the hunting bow and i made the shield a little bit more effective
He is located at Whiterun Bannered Mare
His Name is Vlad he will be walking around or sitting in the bannered mare it is a guy if anybody is wondering
and i coudent get any screenshots so it would be kind if u uploaded some screen shots for it
