It is my ENB setting + FXAA. There is no loss in FPS. This setting game has an incredible contrast and depth of the game. What more to add ..... Please look at the screenshot :) 
Instalation: 1. Paste the folder Vignette (with black bars) or from a folder NO Vignette (no black bars) all the files to a folder Skyrim (where tes.exe file)2. First Install this file ENB Boris Vorontsova-v0.108 TrueHDR (simplified version, but fast) only the file d3d9.dll 3. Open documents / my games / Skyrim / SkyrimPrefs and change the bFloatPointRenderTarget = 1 4. In SkyrimLauncher select options FXAA 5. Start the game and have fun :) PS.
