How to install : Drag the .esp file into your Skyrim > Data folder

Information : This is VERY OP at low lvls so if you get it before lvl 10 or so please put the difficulty on master

To get the tome go to Whiterun > Warmaidens (the place directly to the right, the blacksmith) > on the table to the right will be a spell tome for it. Same thing for the Dragon Priest Tome
