This mod adds a new house to Skyrim. Its on a floating island over a lake. You can find it by the lady stone. (1 bed 1 bath) There is a trader in the islands core who has plenty of gold to buy items. Even a doggy! different versions remove parts of the mod to your liking. All luxuries and crafting stations are around neatly and not cluttered.
