Or so they say. The reality is whenever I got one of the Daedric artifact it feels like useless (except Azura Star) since I could craft much more stronger weapon or armor. Hence I made this simple mod to make Deadric Artifacts much stronger to be true as something made by Daedric Lords, not by some mortals.

Overview:
+ All weapon have unlimited charge.
+ Much much stronger enchantments.
+ Much much stronger damage and armor rating.
+ Change all improveable artifact to benefit only from Daedric Smithing perk.
+ Add all improvable artifact grindstone requirement to using 1 Daedra Heart. Since the artifact already overpower, it need at least additional rather hard to find ingredient to improve :p

Spellbreaker:
+ Ward now have 300 points ward power (instead of 50).
+ 2x armor rating

Mehrunes Razor:
+ 20% chance instant kill (instead of 1%).
+ 2x damage rating

Ebony Mail:
+ 50 points poison damage (instead of 10).
+ 2x armor rating

Dawnbreaker:
+ Unlimited charge
+ Killing undead will always activate blast effect.
+ Have 100 fire damage (instead of 10)
+ 2x damage rating.

Volendrung:
+ Unlimited charge
+ Absorb 200 stamina (instead of 50)
+ Have 25% chance to paralyze anything except dragons for 5 sec
+ 2x damage rating

Ring of Namira:
+ Increase max stamina by 200 (instead of 50)

Mace of Molag Bal:
+ Unlimited charge
+ Do 100 points absorbs stamina and magicka

Rueful Axe:
+ Will have same swing speed as Deadric battle axe
+ Unlimited charge
+ Do 100 points stamina damage (instead of 20)
+ Do 20 points bleeding damage for 5 sec
+ 2x damage rating

Masque of Clavicus Vile:
+ Have enchanment price 100% better (instead of 20%), persuasion 100% better (instead of 10%), regenerate magicka 150% faster (instead of merely 5%).
+ 2x armor rating

Savior's Hide:
+ Have 45% resist magic and 100% resist poison
+ 2x armor rating

Oghma Infinium:
+ Advance skill 20 level each (instead of 5)

Wabbajack:
+ Unlimited charge

Sanguine Rose:
+ Unlimited charge

Skull of Corruption:
+ Unlimited charge
+ Do 50 point damage, do 200 points damage if powered with dreams

Ebony blade:
+ Fix should be behave like greatsword and got benefit from two-handed perk tree.
+ Have 2x ebony greatsword damage.
+ 100 points health absobs when full potential unlocked (need 10 kills)
+ Fix lore, attack from Ebony Blade won't count as hostile.
+ Fix Ebony Blade now improvable using grindstone.
