Whiterun Balloon Site (ver 2.1)

Three balloons will be added to the sky of Whiterun.
You can go to a north iceberg. There is a warehouse there.
Since a dragon is a guard, don't kill him.

V2 is straddling both Tamriel and Whiterun World.
Since significant changes have been made , this was treated as a separate MOD.

Please be sure to back up your save file.
