The optional esp adds annihilatt0r's "Follower Map Markers". You can find his mod Here.
This is how the dialogue now looks:
- Get map marker (if using the optional esp)
- Wait here/Follow me
- Trade with me (changed from "I need to trade some things with you"
- I need you to do something
- It's time for us to part ways
