If you use both of these mods (or either), you should download this mod-fix. At the start of the game, when you need to jump in the inn in Helgen, due to these mods the jump is not sufficiently long and you fall. This mod approach the inn, so there are no problem. This is also useful if you travel for Helgen after the start.
THIS MOD TECHNICALLY DON'T NEED REALISTIC SPEED OR REALISTIC JUMP HEIGHT, SO THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS OF PROPERTY.
