A very small treehouse located between Whiterun and Riverwood. Offers some storage (two barrels, two sacks, and three chests, one small iron chest), and one shelf of books. Also offers one weapon plaque, and a a weapon rack. This house is aimed for the modest adventurer who doesn't need or want a large or fancy estate.
