Yes im back i gained interest again.
It's a home on top of a waterfall
This is my personal mod i use it to organize my items
I have redone it fixing some bugs etc.
It includes basically everything you need.
It has rooms for every task
Just try it and see if you like it

Its located south of whiterun there is a icon on the map thats called "Waterfall estate"

I fixed some issues like chest re-spawning and losing items no worry ! it wont repsawn again
and your items are safe.
Removed support book (was stupid idea)
Removed mannequins (Were buggy)
Added extra chests such as animal products chest and ingot chests to the smthing room.
Added Alchemy chest in the alchemy area
Removed table at the kitchen area.
Reduced lighting brightness.

Adds a house with structure underneath it on top a waterfall. as seen in the first image.

It adds almost every tool for each specific task.

Smthing room where crafting weapons and storing ingots is easily done , chests with ingot names for better organization. Different chests for animal skins , every smthing tool available.

Alchemy-enchanting/library room this includes alchemy table and enchanting table , also chests for storing ingredients or soul gems. At the back of the room is a library to store books.

Bedroom this includes a bed,safe , weapon racks and a special items chest the Bedroom is secretly hidden behind a cupboard.

Weapon-armor room this includes racks for each weapon type and chests. In the armor room there are chests that are named to each body part (Foot,Hands,etc) for better organization.

Kitchen this has chests for foods/ingredients and a fridge for cooked or raw food.

Outside there is a beautiful view over the waterfall where the house is placed,horse stable,training dummy and a wood chopping block.

Download with nexus mod manager as its the simplest method.
Manuel just add the esp to your data folder in skyrim directory and activate it via skyrim laucher.
