Fix the bug of using an enchantment for Elemental Fury so it actually works on magic weapons.

NOTE: THIS HAS BEEN SUPERCEDED BY THIS MOD WHICH ALSO CORRECTS THE OFFHAND WEAPON. You should use that instead.
The only way to get the typhoon visual effect for Elemental Fury was to use an enchantment for it: which makes it bug out and not work on enchanted weapons. This just fixes it to work properly regardless of whether the weapon has an enchantment or not, at the "expense" of losing a swirly visual on your sword.
It should also work for bows (and even unarmed brawling!) though I haven't really tried those much.
