This Cheat/Command lets you modify your perks AND your skill levels.

Installation:
drag the myperks.txt file to;
C:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/data
Run Skyrim and load your save (ore make a new one) and type in console "bat myperks" without the ".
