Adds a smithable and disenchantable psiijic robe with the Archmage Robe enchantment.

Hello Dovahkiins
Every mage in Skyrim wants the Archmage Robe, but not everyone like the look of it. So I decide to create a small mod what allows you to craft a disenchantable Archpsijic Robe. So you can enchant your own Archmage robe or armor. The classic Archmage Robe has the enchantment Skein of Magnus which is not dis/enchantable but my new Archmage Enchantment is.
To craft the robe you need to finish the quest Eye of Magnus (the Archmage robe Quest) and get 1 linen pile, 2 leather strips and 1 filled grand soul gem, you can find the robe at any forge in the Misc section. When enchanting, The Archmage Enchantment will have always the same stats.
