Just a mesh I came across while browsing Skyrim's directories. You will find it at "(your unpacked Skyrim meshes)\meshes\clothes\yarlclothes\testyarl.nif" but I attached the file for your convenience. I largely fail at meshing but it should be a matter of minutes to attach the mesh to the right bones/nodes and have a fully working fur cloak of excellent quality.
I'll gladly do the texture work if someone sets up the mesh for me! Pretty please? ;-)

Edit: I applied the werewolf texture for a quick demonstration. It's not mapped correctly so that's why it doesn't look as good as it should, but you get the gist of what I'm trying to do here :)
