This is one esp file.
installation:
Usual stuff
1. Unpack
2. Copy data folder to skyrim directory (merge with data folder there) or just copy only the file to the skyrim data folder.
3. check the NoAnnoyingSound.esp in skyrim launcher or in SMM
Do it yourself - guide:
In creation kit object window go to Audio - Sound Descriptor - MAGRestorationDrawSheatheLPMSD right click on that and choose edit. A new window opens up. In there go to sound tab there is a refference to a wav file. right click on it and delete. then save to esp file. it will be around 234 bites. save or move it to skyrims data folder and make sure its checked in skyrim launchers data section. Thats it. just uncheck it if u want to go back to the anoying sound.
