About this mod
Adds a new Island worldspace with new enemies once defeated you can live in their hideout. Its a new Thief based Cave home,but works well for any player type really. It is a large cave, and there are 3 teleportation spells leading to the cave, the island and then back to Skyrim.

Pictures Speak Louder than words so go and look at those as well please. Entrance near Solitude Lighthouse.
I've no clue if this is follower friendly, there is a navmesh but I don't use followers. So let me know.
