Hellow this is mine mini guide to get a super colorful skyrim. You need 2 things for this first:

The FXAA Post Process Injector by some_dude

AND

ULTRA REALISTIC WORLD LIGHTING by Marco
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=13531

So now the guide:

1: Install the FXXA PPI
2: Set the settings in the FXXA like the txtfile you download with this guide.
3: Install URWL and you are done!
