The following additional skills applies to all bows, not just Spectral.
3 additional upgrade skills to Sneak and Archery ***
Archery:
Critical Shot -(4/4) 25% chance of a critical hit that does 50% more critical damage.
Bullseye -(3/3) 35% chance of paralysing the target for even longer.
Sneak:
Deadly Aim -(2/2) Sneak attacks with bows now do 4 times damage.
