After finding several items in the game with 3 or more effects on them and finding that after hitting 100 in enchanting and using all the perks connected to enchanting i could still only add 2 effects i made this simple mod that adds a second level to extra effect allowing a player that has the first rank of extra effect and the perk point to put in it to up it to a second level to add 3 enchantments to an item.
Some of the descriptions of certain enchantments may not fully display when used as the 3rd enchantment when looking at the item due to the length of the effects name but the effect will still be there.
