This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
This modifies the "Shouttime1" and "Shouttime2" game settings to near 0. What this means is that your shout will activate sooner after you hit the shout button, and you can move on to other actions (i.e. swinging your sword) sooner after hitting the shout button.
