This is a plugin for SKSE. The plugin allows for changing the amount of points gained on level up in Skyrim. Future versions will likely add new script functions or console commands to allow for modifying this value, assuming Bethesda does not provide this in future patches.

You need the preview build of SKSE to make use of the plugin.

Edit Data\SKSE\plugins\perk_points.ini to change the points per level to your desired value. This change is not retroactive and will only be applied for new level ups.
