Currently, this hotfix shouldn't be needed, just update your driver with the 12.4 cat suite. If you have my hotfix installed, I recommend that you remove it with "ATI_AA_Pixelization_Hotfix_Uninstall" or at least delete the atiumdag.dll from your Skyrim folder.
ATI Anti-Aliasing Pixelization Hotfix
AMD Catalyst Software Suite 12.2 (12.3 was displayed in cat ctrl cntr) driver has created a problem for some users.
Here is a workaround until the problem is addressed officially.
For Windows 7 32bit and 64bit the dll was taken from 12.1 driver.
The dll is the same in both 32bit and 64bit.
Install:
1. Extract all the files into your Skyrim folder.
Common Skyrim directory:
32-bit; "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\"
64-bit; "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\"
2. Run ATI_Expand_DLL to expand the Dll file
3. Turn on Skyrim Anti-Aliasing and test.
4. Enjoy if it worked for you. Comment if it doesn't.
Note: You can easily uninstall this Hotfix by running ATI_AA_Pixelization_Hotfix_Uninstall
Just a note to all. Don't forget this Hotfix is installed if your going to be using it. When a new driver that fixes the issue properly is made available, you will want to uninstall this.
According to comments, this works for some and not for others. I do not have various systems to test this on and try and solve the issues for those that it does not help. It will take troubleshooting by those that still have the problem after applying this hotfix. I'm sorry if it does not work for you.
