v1.2 corrected directions, now tutorial will be for completely custom voices. This Tutorial is a modders resource to help all those who want to add unique dialogue to a custom or vanilla NPC. This is useful because there is no walkthrough for it and no instruction on how to not use default dialogue. This answers those questions. The techniques in the tutorial will also help you adding your own custom dialogue to any NPC Merchant or not. Update 1.2 has for completely custom voice, not borrowing from existing dialogue.
